After School Clubs

We have after school clubs here at AOT for your children to attend. These provide a safe and enjoyable environment and your child gets to learn a new skill, from street dance to Taekwondo!

🥋 Monday – Taekwondo
Run by Derbyshire Dragons, our Taekwondo club is always very popular and is a fantastic way for children to develop confidence, focus, discipline, coordination and resilience whilst having lots of fun.

💃 Tuesday – Street Dance
A fun and energetic session where children can learn new moves, build confidence and enjoy dancing with their friends.

⚽ Wednesday – Derby County Multi-Sports
A brilliant opportunity for children to get active, try a range of different sports and develop their skills.

🎲 Thursday – Fun Club
A relaxed and enjoyable after-school session with plenty of opportunities for children to play, create and have fun.

Extra Curricular Music Lessons

In addition to our wonderful curriculum based music lessons at Aston, we have a range of extra curricular instrument lessons available for your child taught by highly qualified external music teachers. 

This offers an opportunity for children to learn a new instrument, work and create together with their peers, and demonstrate their learning and through special assembly performances for parents and carers. 

At present, we offer the following music lessons that are taught within school time:

Brass Instrument - Tuesdays

Piano - Tuesdays

Keyboard  - Wednesdays 

Rocksteady - Fridays
