  • Escape Room!

    Wed 11 Oct 2023

Key Stage 2 children recieved the exciting news that on Friday they will be taking part in a mathematical escape room that is linked to the National Curriculum. The escape room will be provided by an external company who provide escape rooms for schools, conferences and team building days.

A special thank you must go to Mr Grooms, who is a parent at our school and his company for sponsoring this amazing experience for our children!

  • Gardening Club

    Fri 22 Sep 2023

Throughout this year, each class will have an opportunity to join the Gardening Club. This half term- Year 3's are starting us off. Some children spent their first session composting tired plants and saving the soil. The children were then tasked with the challenge of de-seeding some of our sunflower plants. They did a fantastic job and thoroughly enjoyed getting their hands messy!

  • Eco Schools Green Flag Accreditation

    Tue 12 Sep 2023

We are super proud to announce that we have been awarded the Eco Schools Green Flag accreditation!

Thank you to our eco-council for working super hard with the support of Miss Dawes to achieve this.

It clearly demonstrates that their hard work is appreciated, and it provides them with the confidence and motivation needed to continue actively engaging with environmental issues.

Finally, it also tells local communities that our school is forward-thinking and promotes pupil led environmental education and action.
