Earth Day 2023

After discussions with our Eco Council, we decided together the different activities we would have for each class to celebrate Earth Day. The children showed a keen interest in wanting a non-uniform day, by choosing the colours for children to wear, to help raise funds for the cost of our Eco- Flag Award. Through the help of our parents with providing us with various items needed, the children were able to produce amazing creations. Some of the activities included rock painting, creating sun catchers, bug hotels, recycled sculptures and our own poly- tunnel. All of which was made using recyclable goods. 

It was an extremely successful day and the children thoroughly enjoyed everything they did
