Please note, when giving your consent you confirm that you are fully aware that it is your responsibility to ensure your child's safety  once your child has left the school gates. School cannot be held responsible for your child if you have given prior permission for them to walk home alone. 

Please ensure you have spoken to your child about road and personal safety in advance.
